HOW TO PURCHASE

If you wish to buy in our shop, you must enter the section "tienda" (shop), where we have at your disposal our catalogue of products classified by families and sub-families. On the side menu you will be able to choose the family you wish to see.

Clicking on the picture of the product, the product file with its technical characteristics, description, availability and price will be shown to you. In order to select the item, click on the "purchase" button. All your purchases accumulate on the "purchase" screen, which you will be able to access during your browsing by clicking on the "see purchase" button. On the "purchase" screen, you can pay for the purchase you have selected or delete products which do not interest you.

Purchasing process

•  Invoice and delivery information, choice of method of payment

•  Confirmation of purchase

Once the process is complete, you will receive an email with confirmation of your order. After we have checked that we have stocks, we will send it to you immediately and we will send you an email informing you of the state of your order and when you will receive it at your home. If there are no stocks, we will inform you of the period of availability of the article.

We offer different methods of payment. You will be able to choose the one that most interests you at the end of the purchasing process (selecting one of them).

•  Credit cards: URRUÑA DISTRIBUCIÓN & SERVICES, S.L accepts credit cards valid in Spain- Visa, 4B, Mastercard, American Express and Visa Electron -. Through a POS terminal provided by the Spanish Confederation of Savings Banks, with which we guarantee a safe purchase.

The purchasing system complies with current Spanish legislation, so all sales transactions will be understood as having been carried out at the address of URRUÑA DISTRIBUCIÓN & SERVICES, S.L, C/ BIDEBARRIETA,  1-4. 48005 BILBAO. , CIF B 95316105 .

PACKING

The articles that we offer in our shop will be delivered to you safely packed.

TAXES APPLICABLE

The prices of the products which can be found for sale on the website denda.gara.net include Value Added Tax (V.A.T.).

You will be informed of the taxes applicable once you indicate in the invoice information the country that you are purchasing from and whether you are a natural person or legal entity.

European Union Residents.

Purchases made by V.A.T. tax payers (companies and organizations...) with residence in the European Union and with a Tax ID number within the European Union, will be exempt from paying V.A.T. on condition that the document is sent by fax to: +34 94 415 2031

V.A.T. will be applicable to purchases made by natural persons with residence in the European Union.

Non-European Union Residents.

The purchases made by natural persons or legal entities with residence in non-European Union countries will be exempt from paying V.A.T. orders will not be processed in post office boxes.

For this system of purchase/delivery and due to their tax system, the geographical areas of the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla are considered non-European Union countries.

We remind you that in the prices indicated for postage and packing, import taxes (duties) are not included and they will be paid in cash at the point of arrival by the recipient of the goods.

POSTAGE AND PACKING

Postage and packing will be paid by the customer and will be indicated at the time of purchase.


RETURN AND CANCELLATION OF ORDERS

The return of any damaged material will not be accepted without packing or if it is clear that it has been handled incorrectly.

The return of any product must be accompanied by its original invoice or printed digital receipt.

Product return procedure

If for any reason you are not satisfied with the material delivered at the address indicated in the order, you may return it within 10 days from the moment of receipt sending an email to denda@gara.net indicating your order number and reason for returning it.

In this case, the customer will pay postage and packing and the material must be in perfect condition in its original packing and must not have been used.

URRUÑA DISTRIBUCIÓN & SERVICES, S.L. will give you a refund once the product is received in perfect condition and will deduct postage and packing.

Return of the product: bad condition or supply error

Returns owing to bad condition of the products or supply errors must be notified within 10 days from the moment they are received via email to denda @ gara . net indicating your order number and the reasons for its return. In this case, all expenses shall be paid by URRUÑA DISTRIBUCIÓN & SERVICES, S.L

Once the faulty or mistaken have been received in the warehouse of URRUÑA DISTRIBUCIÓN & SERVICES, S.L.. And once the defects and errors have been confirmed, URRUÑA DISTRIBUCIÓN & SERVICES, S.L. will replace the units and make a new delivery within 5 days of the faulty or mistaken goods being received, unless they are not in stock. If we have to replace the goods from the factory, we will let you know the delivery date. The replacement of any goods will be carried out provided it is the original, has a manufacturing fault and the original packing is in perfect condition. There will never be a refund of money for a product.

In the case of faulty goods, all transport expenses and insurance for the return and replacement of goods will be paid by URRUÑA DISTRIBUCIÓN & SERVICES, S.L.

If there has been an error in the supply which can be attributed to URRUÑA DISTRIBUCIÓN & SERVICES, S.L. transport expenses and insurance for the return and replacement of the material will be paid by URRUÑA DISTRIBUCIÓN & SERVICES, S.L.

Cancellation of an order

The cancellation of an order must be carried out before the product is delivered. The money will be refunded free of charge.

If the product has been delivered, the customer will take care of postage and packing and must return it as indicated in the "Product return procedure" section.
